Senior Solutions Engineer – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving Neo4j's expansion throughout India, primarily focusing on Public Sector clients, including Government Ministries, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Defence, Smart Cities, Law Enforcement, and other strategic governmental organizations.

• You will closely collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives, clients, and ecosystem partners to communicate business value, develop technical solutions, and enhance the adoption of graph technology in some of the country’s most complex and critical initiatives.

• This position necessitates a blend of technical knowledge, consultative solution selling, and an understanding of the Public Sector procurement landscape, stakeholder ecosystem, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in in-depth technical and business discovery, assist the sales process through value-based selling, and work alongside key partners, including hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), strategic ISVs, and System Integrators to promote joint go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting Public Sector, Government, Defence, Homeland Security, Smart Cities, or other regulated industry clients.

• Strong comprehension of government procurement processes, tendering frameworks, and large-scale digital transformation projects.

• Experience collaborating with major System Integrators that support Public Sector accounts.

• Capability to engage credibly with both technical practitioners and senior government decision-makers.
