This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver technical expertise throughout the sales journey, assisting in identifying and demonstrating use cases that highlight the value of the Omni platform.
• Create and showcase Proofs of Concept within the Omni Platform during the evaluation phase, while guiding potential customers on effectively utilizing Omni with their data.
• Ensure a seamless transition from trials to successful customer relationships by working alongside post-sales teams and engaging with our partners to arrange ongoing support as necessary.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to gather user feedback and influence product development.
• Over 7 years of experience in data analytics and/or a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Proficient in SQL, particularly for analytics purposes.
• Experience in a client-facing position with a strong desire to collaborate closely with customers.
• Outstanding consultative communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A strong passion for working with data.
• Eager to learn and enthusiastic about assisting and educating others.
• Previous experience with business intelligence and/or enterprise data analytics tools, preferably with modeled BI (such as Looker).
• Uncapped commissions with a genuine potential for significant over-performance.
