Senior Solutions Engineer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Directors to jointly drive sales strategies for enterprise opportunities, managing the technical narrative from initial discovery to final validation.

• Develop Value Realization Frameworks by working with executive stakeholders to establish "North Star" security objectives.

• Create advanced ROI and TCO models that convert technical feasibility into persuasive financial justifications for C-suite executives.

• Present and advocate for Snyk’s value proposition to high-level stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs), ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

• Proactively uncover additional value streams—such as compliance automation—to expand Snyk’s presence within the enterprise.

• Serve as a strategic bridge between LATAM customers and Snyk’s internal Engineering and Product teams.

• Customize technical demonstrations and security workshops to address the unique cultural and regulatory needs of the LATAM market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is essential for managing complex transactions across the region.

• 5–7 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Solutions Engineering, demonstrating a successful history of aligning technical solutions with business challenges.

• Outstanding ability to handle high-pressure security objections and build relationships with executive leadership.

• Extensive technical knowledge of the SDLC, cloud-native architectures, and contemporary DevOps ecosystems.

• Proven experience in translating technical data into clear ROI narratives and financial justifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
