Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales teams to grasp customer needs and create customized automation and AI-driven solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and assist in solution architecture and integration planning.

• Aid in technical validation activities throughout the sales process.

• Convert business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

• Work alongside Engineering and Implementation teams during onboarding and deployment stages.

• Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance during crucial customer interactions.

• Establish trusted relationships with customers as a technical consultant.

• Assist customers in navigating technical obstacles and proactively identify potential risks.

• Support strategic discussions and escalations with customers as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to enhance solution delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, training materials, and resources for internal training.

• Relay customer feedback to aid in product and process enhancements.

• Keep up to date with trends in AI, automation, cloud technologies, and enterprise software.

• Engage in webinars, industry events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Assist in positioning the company as a credible technology and solutions partner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or related customer-facing technical positions.

• Familiarity with voice technologies, customer interaction platforms, or workflow automation solutions.

• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments.

• Capability to articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Native-level or highly fluent Polish and English language proficiency.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth settings with multiple priorities.
