Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Become a key member of our team, acting as the primary trusted advisor for Tempo’s Strategic Portfolio Management and enterprise agility offerings.

• Present engaging architectural insights, product showcases, and value assessments to enterprise stakeholders and C-level leaders.

• Clearly communicate Tempo’s vision regarding intelligent, data-driven portfolio management.

• Design and implement technical enablement initiatives for our global solutions partners.

• Offer technical pre-sales assistance for high-value strategic initiatives.

• Serve as a vital connection between the field teams and product engineering.

• Aid in the development of reusable demo environments, advanced integration methods, and best-practice technical documentation.

• Co-facilitate technical workshops and industry events alongside partners and clients, with occasional travel for key conferences and internal collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering (Pre-Sales) or enterprise consulting within B2B SaaS environments.

• Strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, or Enterprise Agility frameworks.

• Understanding of how AI, machine learning models, or predictive analytics can be utilized within enterprise software for improved forecasting and data insights.

• Extensive knowledge of the Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, and Atlassian Access.

• Outstanding capability to connect intricate, disjointed business processes to a cohesive, automated software solution.
