Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical design for partner integrations, encompassing APIs and workflows, while ensuring they are scalable, secure, and compliant.

• Assist partners throughout the integration process with Pipe’s APIs, from initial scoping to launch, while overseeing timelines, deliverables, and coordinating across multiple regions.

• Quickly diagnose and address partner issues, collaborating with engineering teams as needed.

• Convert intricate requirements into straightforward, actionable solutions that expedite partner go-lives and enhance revenue impact.

• Serve as the liaison among sales, product, engineering, risk, and compliance to facilitate seamless launches.

• Develop and improve documentation, solution design documents (SDDs), statements of work (SOWs), playbooks, and other reusable resources that accelerate and standardize future integrations.

• Build trust with partners by providing joint test plans, data-sharing templates, Postman collections, and other technical resources that streamline and clarify integrations.

• Establish credibility with senior stakeholders by showcasing both technical expertise and business insight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation, preferably within fintech, payments, or SaaS sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of APIs and system integrations (REST, Webhooks, GraphQL).

• Proficient in reading and debugging at least one modern programming language (such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).

• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A problem-solving attitude, eager to act swiftly in a fast-paced growth environment.

• Bonus: Experience in supporting fintech or SaaS integrations (payments, lending, or embedded finance is advantageous), across various regions, with knowledge of localization, compliance, or payments.
