• Lead technical discovery sessions, in-depth calls, and customized demonstrations, showcasing how n8n integrates into intricate customer environments while meeting security, scalability, and reliability needs.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to evaluate technical compatibility, develop deal strategies, and address technical objections, providing demonstrations rooted in authentic Enterprise workflows and use cases.
• Manage Enterprise Proof of Concepts (POCs) from start to finish, defining success metrics and offering hands-on technical support throughout the evaluation process.
• Assist customers in validating n8n under real-world scenarios and gather insights from POCs to enhance qualification, conversion, and transition to Solution Architecture/Customer Success.
• Foster strong connections with IT, Security, Platform, and Engineering stakeholders, serving as the main technical liaison during Enterprise evaluations.
• Clearly articulate n8n’s stance on security, deployment, governance, and scalability, aiding customers in planning for adoption beyond their initial use case.
• Work together with Sales to refine the Enterprise technical discovery, demonstrations, and POC frameworks.
• Offer structured feedback from Enterprise clients to Product and Engineering teams, and contribute to the development of enablement materials that enhance Enterprise sales strategies.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering position, preferably within B2B SaaS, with direct involvement with enterprise clients.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Able to clearly convey intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and engage confidently with enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong Commercial Acumen: Understands sales processes and can innovatively transform customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Relationship Building Skills: Proficient at establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, especially within infrastructure teams regarding deployment needs.
• Robust Technical Proficiency: Possesses practical experience with:
• ☁️ Cloud & Infrastructure Awareness: Has a comprehensive understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and the common cloud services utilized in contemporary SaaS architectures.
• Willingness to Travel: Open to occasional travel and onboarding sessions with the team in NYC / EMEA as necessary.
