This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate technical discussions with key clients to comprehend their requirements and challenges, offering advanced technical solutions that align with their business goals.
• Spearhead solution development for major accounts, ensuring that solutions are customized to address specific customer needs while being technically sound.
• Offer advanced technical guidance and expertise to both internal teams and clients, acting as a subject matter expert in the industry.
• Contribute to strategic sales initiatives by utilizing extensive product knowledge and understanding of customer needs to aid in the formulation of effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate across various functions, including product management and engineering, to ensure coherence between customer requirements and product capabilities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancement and innovation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, cultivating strong relationships founded on technical expertise, reliability, and a dedication to delivering value-added solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to assist them in developing their technical skills and advancing their careers.
• Engage in product testing and feedback to provide valuable, actionable insights aimed at improving product quality and user experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in leading technical discussions and developing solutions for key accounts.
• Proven ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members.
• Strategic mindset to assist in the creation of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Mentorship capabilities to support the growth and advancement of junior team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Capacity to independently conduct large customer meetings (both onsite and virtual) to formulate and document a recommended architecture and deployment roadmap.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, identity and security solutions, as well as networking fundamentals like Exchange, Active Directory, PKI, Digital Certificates, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Security certifications (CISSP, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based environments such as Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
• Second Fridays (a company-wide day off on the second Friday of every month, excluding November and December due to the holiday schedule). Please note that this benefit is subject to change.
