β’ Become an early member of a rapidly growing team dedicated to addressing technical and customer challenges effectively.
β’ Collaborate with our Sales team to convey the comprehensive Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to our clients.
β’ Take ownership of the technical engagement with clients and assist in closing high-velocity opportunities through in-depth competitive knowledge, technical expertise, and credibility.
β’ Present product and technical demonstrations to both potential and existing customers.
β’ Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal teams to establish a feedback loop regarding our products and the competitive landscape.
β’ Facilitate product discussions based on insights and challenges identified through customer interactions.
β’ Collaborate with the team to improve documentation, create blog posts, produce videos, contribute to knowledge base articles, and develop other public and internal training materials.
β’ Ideally situated in Southern California or Northern California.
β’ 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring domain; while we will be bringing on more junior team members later, we currently seek individuals who can quickly adapt and contribute.
β’ As a startup, your responsibilities will be diverse and complex, requiring sound judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
β’ As a remote-first organization, you'll need to learn to work and collaborate effectively with an international team.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with our remote internal teams and our global customers. You must be able to articulate our value proposition and the technical benefits of our products clearly.
β’ A passion for tackling technical challenges and a knack for providing innovative solutions to our clients is a must.
