Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to comprehend customer requirements, formulate deal strategies, and jointly take accountability for outcomes.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, presentations, and demonstrations, customizing messaging while promoting a standardized offering.

• Evaluate technical compatibility early in the process, pinpointing risks and challenging suboptimal opportunities.

• Offer an unbiased assessment of deal viability and likelihood of closing during forecasting sessions.

• Provide customers with insights into their security landscape, presenting clear and practical advice.

• Manage responses to RFPs/RFIs in alignment with customer specifications and internal capabilities.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, addressing most inquiries and involving the Security Operations Center or engineering when necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or in a similar capacity within the cybersecurity, MSSP, or related technology sectors.

• Proven experience with intricate B2B sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders and extended deal timelines.

• Strong technical expertise to evaluate feasibility, engage with technical stakeholders, and comprehend customer needs.

• Proficiency in both English and German to communicate effectively with technical audiences and C-level executives.

• Capability to convert complex technical concepts into clear, business-centered messaging.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly during customer discussions.

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
