Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Confidently deliver presentations and engage in sales discussions with C-level clients, both in intimate meetings and larger gatherings, while assisting with cost assessments and offering pricing solutions.

• Provide guidance to team members and sales teams prior to customer calls and sales strategy meetings; serve as a subject matter expert across various solution families.

• Create technical business solutions while taking into account the customer's infrastructure as well as business constraints and opportunities; adeptly operate beyond conventional methods to meet the needs of all stakeholders.

• Lead a range of initiatives and projects, strategically collaborating with sales, partners, and customers to identify and cultivate emerging business opportunities.

• Support the Solution Engineer team in achieving success through proactive training, knowledge sharing, and effective communication of best practices.

• This role requires approximately 20% travel.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in presales or consulting within the ERP sector, or equivalent operational ERP expertise.

• Proven track record in supporting both direct and channel sales.

• Experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably with additional exposure to distribution or finance industries.

• Documented history of delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.

• Ideal candidates may have previous experience with ERP companies such as SAP, Microsoft, Oracle/Netsuite, Infor, Sage, or Syspro, or their Value-Added Resellers (VARs).

• 8+ years of relevant experience demonstrating success and knowledge.

• 4+ years of specialized industry experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
