This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the complete leadership of value realization.
• Provide support to Account Executives by offering coaching and collaboration on account strategies.
• Organize and direct value assessments and proof-of-value initiatives.
• Measure customer value through comprehensive business cases.
• Engage in close collaboration with Delivery and Product teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of client-side experience in enterprise B2B software within consulting, pre-sales, or value-oriented roles, demonstrating business impact and an executive-level narrative.
• Strong background in at least one of our primary industries, such as Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, or Machinery, or in a similar sector.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, from shop floor employees to senior management.
• Ability to address complex, unstructured challenges with confidence.
• Proficient in creating business cases, facilitating customer workshops, and delivering presentations to executives.
• Experienced in collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams.
• Capability to translate project insights into actionable product enhancements and scalable solutions.
• Openness to participating in on-site customer meetings to expedite processes.
• Proficient in both written and spoken business-level German and English.
