This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead Client Discovery and Solution Design: Conduct thorough discovery sessions and interviews with stakeholders to gain insights into client challenges and objectives. Create and present engaging, use-case-specific demonstrations that highlight the value of Mural's LUMA and Consulting services.

• Pipeline Generation and Outbound Prospecting: Proactively seek out and generate new leads and opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic engagement. Contribute to pipeline expansion by actively identifying and qualifying potential clients.

• Drive Pilot Programs and Scoping: Plan and implement successful pilot programs, collaborating closely with clients to illustrate the impact of our solutions. Manage the scoping process for paid opportunities, working with internal stakeholders to define project scope, costs, and staffing.

• Develop Proposals and Drive Contracting: Create persuasive proposals and lead the contracting process, including pricing and service descriptions, in collaboration with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Professional Services Delivery Consultants.

• Act as a Trusted SME and Thought Leader: Function as a subject matter expert during client discussions, building trust and fostering deeper relationships. Provide thought leadership and coaching sessions to enhance Mural's reach and influence.

• Ensure Seamless Implementation and Identify Expansion Opportunities: Serve as the pre-sales contact for Professional Services opportunities, ensuring smooth project initiations and identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. Propel the Professional Services agenda in QBRs, account planning, and ESRs.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Pre-Sales Consulting Experience: A demonstrated history in pre-sales consulting, ideally within a SaaS or consulting services setting, with experience in conducting discovery sessions, delivering demonstrations, and scoping projects.

• Expertise in Design Thinking and Facilitation: Profound knowledge of design thinking methodologies and facilitation techniques, with the capability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.

• Strong Business Acumen and Proposal Development Skills: Competence in crafting compelling proposals, leading pricing discussions, and effectively managing the contracting process.

• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

• Collaborative and Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and partners, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Salesforce Proficiency and Pipeline Management: Familiarity with Salesforce, including accurate pipeline and opportunity management, and maintaining data integrity.

• Strategic Thinking and Opportunity Identification: Capability to identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and drive the Professional Services agenda during strategic account reviews.
