Senior Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Act as a Technical Driver, steering solution strategy and technical vision, linking solutions throughout the ecosystem, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements and long-term technology objectives.

• Partner with sales and the technical pre-sales ecosystem to present engaging, industry-specific, customer-focused presentations on Adobe’s data and experience management solutions, as well as AI agents.

• Provide smooth, cross-solution demonstrations across the entire portfolio.

• Develop robust technical expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform, its applications, and AI functionalities.

• Remain knowledgeable about trends, insights, and the competitive landscape in experience management.

• Stay updated on generative AI and emerging technologies that affect the data and experience ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or in a comparable customer-facing position within enterprise software.

• Proven proficiency in English and Spanish, capable of leading strategic discussions, executive meetings, and large audience presentations in both languages. Proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous.

• Established ability to present to senior executives and larger audiences with clarity, confidence, and a strong executive presence.

• In-depth knowledge of Adobe data solutions or similar data solutions in the experience management domain.

• Solid understanding of AI trends and agentic strategies, with the capability to translate these into business results.

• Competence in effectively communicating complex platform-level ideas and concepts.

• Experience or advanced knowledge of Adobe content and planning solutions is a plus.

• High emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and the capacity to quickly grasp new concepts.
