Senior Solutions Architect – Post Sale EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Become proficient in Kevel, our APIs, and the solutions they empower customers to create.

• Take ownership of the technical success of customers after the sale, ensuring seamless implementation and long-term adoption of Kevel’s offerings.

• Facilitate and support the integration and deployment of Kevel’s products and services within customer settings.

• Deliver technical onboarding, training, and continuous guidance throughout the customer journey.

• Serve as the main technical contact, actively monitoring performance and resolving complex technical challenges.

• Cultivate robust relationships with technical stakeholders—from hands-on engineers to CTOs—while aligning solutions with business goals.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and ensure team alignment.

• Represent the customer internally, working with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap and enhance customer outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to broaden product adoption by aligning customer goals and initiatives with Kevel’s capabilities.

• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and reusable frameworks to scale customer success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a Pre-Sales or Post-Sales role and/or a relevant technical position (e.g., Technical Account Manager);

• A strong desire and aptitude for engaging in a client-facing role.

• Retail media experience is highly desirable and/or familiarity with programmatic advertising, digital advertising, e-commerce ecosystems, and/or AdTech ecosystem fundamentals (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, auctions, targeting, measurement).

• A highly enthusiastic and inquisitive self-starter eager to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

• Extensive experience working with REST APIs and a highly technical product.

• Outstanding communication and project management abilities.

• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences, addressing technical challenges during product integration, and setting realistic expectations and deadlines with stakeholders.

• Research, Test, Ask. A successful solutions architect will consistently seek solutions, experiment, and ask for assistance when needed.

• An independent problem solver will achieve the greatest success.

• Previous coding experience in some capacity. While you won't need to write your own code, you should be able to write JSON and comprehend basic coding principles.
