This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with NVIDIA Cloud Partners to design, implement, and deliver NVIDIA's cutting-edge hardware and software solutions.
• Work alongside Solutions Architects, Account Managers, Engineering teams, Product Managers, and business leaders to align strategies, evaluate technical requirements, and secure business opportunities for NVIDIA.
• Serve as the primary technical advocate for customers throughout the design, development, construction, integration, and production phases of GPU Cloud infrastructure and applications across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Conduct regular technical meetings with customers to discuss project/product details, explore features, introduce new technologies, and facilitate debugging sessions.
• Collaborate closely with customers to develop and implement NVIDIA solutions, including Proofs of Concept (PoCs) that address critical business needs related to infrastructure, libraries, and applications.
• Prepare and present technical content to customers, including presentations, workshops, reference architectures, tutorials, and publications.
• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or other Engineering disciplines, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in Solution Engineering (or related fields such as Sales Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Solution Architecture), including direct involvement with partners and customers.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale cluster environments, with hands-on expertise in creating and delivering distributed Cloud architectures.
• Strong foundation in programming, optimization, and software design, particularly in Python and Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Practical knowledge of fine-tuning and deploying models, integrating software application stacks, libraries, and frameworks to maximize utilization of GPU platforms.
• Demonstrated motivation and capability to lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary technical engagements with customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
