Senior Solutions Architect, Infiniband, Networking, Ethernet

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• The main duties will involve constructing AI/HPC infrastructure for both new and existing clients.

• Assist in the operational and reliability aspects of large-scale AI clusters, emphasizing performance at scale, real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting.

• Participate in and enhance the complete lifecycle of services—from initial design to deployment, operation, and optimization.

• Oversee services once they are operational by assessing and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.

• Offer insights to internal teams, including reporting bugs, documenting workarounds, and proposing enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in networking fundamentals, the TCP/IP stack, and data center architecture.

• Expertise in configuring, testing, validating, and troubleshooting issues in LAN and InfiniBand networks, particularly in medium to large-scale HPC/AI settings.

• Advanced understanding of EVPN, BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN protocols.

• Practical experience with network switch/router platforms such as Cumulus Linux, SONiC, IOS, JunosOS, and EOS.

• Significant experience in delivering automated network provisioning solutions using tools like Ansible, Salt, and Python.

• Capability to develop CI/CD pipelines for network operations.

• A strong emphasis on customer needs and satisfaction.

• Self-driven with leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills in English are essential.
