This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Define and uphold all elements of solution, technical, integration, and data architecture.

• Assess AI tools and frameworks as part of the technological roadmap.

• Ensure that architectural decisions align with the best options regarding cost, complexity, and speed of execution.

• Create high-level product specifications focusing on system integration, feasibility, and opportunities for AI enhancement.

• Establish and maintain development standards, patterns, and best practices.

• Develop and sustain developer tools and technology upgrade roadmaps.

• Perform code reviews with a focus on the quality of AI-generated code, reusability, and compliance with established standards.

• Mentor developers and engineers.

• Continuously explore emerging technologies, AI frameworks, and industry trends.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify functional and non-functional requirements.

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience as a solutions architect.

• 7+ years of software development experience utilizing a modern programming language.

• Strong understanding of software and application design and architecture principles.

• Proven, hands-on experience integrating or utilizing AI tools in architectural design, development workflows, or technical decision-making.

• Extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with open-source technologies and cloud services; comprehensive knowledge of AWS is essential.

• Experience with Camunda or comparable workflow/orchestration platforms.

• Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles.

• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Technical mindset with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and leadership capabilities.
