Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Facilitate onboarding workshops tailored to the unique needs and backgrounds of each customer.

• Proactively establish relationships with both technical and product stakeholders at our client organizations.

• Conduct regular meetings with technical customers to showcase how new features cater to their specific requirements, address their inquiries, and assist them in planning their Sanity implementation.

• Collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities for expansion within existing customer accounts.

• Aid in the new account sales process by conducting technical workshops and developing proof of concept demonstrations.

• Create and distribute examples to assist customers in grasping concepts and expediting their implementation processes.

• Develop and uphold guides and educational modules to cover prevalent topics.

• Design and maintain plugins for standard integrations and implementation patterns.

• Advocate for client requests and requirements to the internal product development team.

• Collaborate with Support Engineering to address customer challenges and resolve specific scenarios.

• Assist marketing and product research teams in connecting with relevant customers and organizing events and webinars.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a software development position.

• Advanced proficiency in at least one of the following frameworks: React, Vue, Angular, Astro.

• Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations.

• Experience in one of the following areas:

• • Implementing headless CMS
• • Implementing headless e-commerce
• • Serving as a Solution Engineer or Solution Architect in a developer-focused SaaS environment

• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated experience in developing solutions alongside customers.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on results.

• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.

• Methodical with a keen attention to detail.

• Bonus: experience in a B2B customer-facing role, such as consulting or account management.

• Bonus: experience using Sanity in a production environment.
