Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct cross-functional teams in crafting and delivering customized solutions to fulfill customer needs.

• Provide strategic direction in the design and execution of solutions for large-scale initiatives.

• Foster innovation and establish thought leadership in client interactions.

• Collaborate with Sales teams on pre-sales efforts.

• Act as a primary escalation point for intricate technical challenges.

• Oversee the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions.

• Recognize and manage risks associated with solution implementations.

• Actively participate in enhancing service delivery processes.

• Guide and mentor junior team members.

• Interact with customers to grasp their business challenges and goals.

• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; or equivalent experience.

• Strong background in a technical, MSP, or software consulting role.

• In-depth understanding of industry trends, corporate strategy, and cross-functional processes.

• Sound knowledge of core networking and infrastructure principles.

• Proficient with Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services.

• Skilled in Unix/Linux environments.

• Experienced in scripting development utilizing various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.).

• Knowledgeable in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.

• Familiar with business application suites like Microsoft 365.

• Capability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence key decisions.
