This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Proficient in collaborating with customers, including business executives, project managers, and IT development personnel.
• Skilled at comprehending business requirements and translating them into both business and technical specifications.
• Capable of navigating complex business and technological demands, translating them into solutions design, including data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise-scale architecture.
• Demonstrates the ability to act as a functional lead, showcasing a clear methodology and functional capabilities. Facilitates functional workshops with clients, documents requirements, and designs suitable solutions.
• Speed is essential. This team operates with agility and serves as the pivot to expedite solution delivery for clients.
• Be a strong proponent for adherence to standards and best practices.
• Remain up-to-date on Grafana Labs, observability, and related technologies.
• You will be a vital resource for our Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services teams as they seek to foster innovation and enhancements in future products and offerings.

• Residing in Spain.
• Over 5 years of experience with deployment teams, utilizing project management methodologies.
• Direct experience with observability (o11y).
• Knowledge of best practices for using and deploying an o11y stack (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces), preferably with Grafana products (Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo).
• Proven history of successfully delivering customer projects, ideally enterprise o11y implementations for large clients.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with customers, partners, and internal team members.
• Experience with Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka preferred).
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms - AWS, GCP, Azure.
