This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (Professional Services) to become a part of Grafana Labs’ exceptional Customer Experience team.
• This position is highly hands-on, designed for technically adept professionals who excel at assisting customers in overcoming intricate challenges, expediting adoption, and achieving tangible business results with Grafana at the core.
• You will act as a trusted technical partner—not as a quota-driven salesperson, but as a customer-focused advocate who leads with genuine insight.
• Your role will involve guiding organizations through onboarding, implementation, and expansion by providing premium support, best practices, and validated strategies derived from our extensive customer network.
• You will conduct impactful training sessions, initiate projects, and provide customized technical consulting to ensure customer success.
• Must be located in the Netherlands.
• Over 5 years of experience working on deployment teams utilizing project management techniques.
• Hands-on experience with o11y.
• Familiarity with best practices for both utilizing and deploying an o11y stack (visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, traces) - preferably with Grafana products (Grafana, Prometheus/Cortex/Enterprise Metrics, Loki/Enterprise Logs, Jaeger/Tempo).
• Demonstrated success in delivering customer projects, ideally enterprise o11y implementations for large clients.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with customers, partners, and internal team members.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes (kubectl, Helm, Tanka preferred).
• Experience with Cloud Platforms - AWS, GCP, Azure.
