This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of customer use cases, XTEL’s SaaS offerings, and the value we provide to our clients.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to assess opportunities, conduct consultative selling, and align client business requirements with XTEL’s product features to secure enterprise deals worth 6- and 7-figures.
• Create customized presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that resonate with customer objectives and set XTEL apart in competitive sales scenarios.
• Work alongside the sales team to craft tailored responses and synchronize on pre-qualification strategies.
• Plan, execute, and present compelling Proofs of Value (POVs) that showcase XTEL’s advantages, foster customer trust, and advance deal progression.
• Tackle and resolve technical issues during the sales cycle, encompassing data integration, API connections, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Professional Services for scoping, implementation teams for delivery, and Product Management to provide insights on features and strategy.
• Assist at trade shows, conferences, and other events to highlight XTEL’s solutions and enhance market presence.
• Identify and propose enhancements to fortify the pre-sales process and boost the overall efficiency of the team.
• Proven track record in aiding and influencing the finalization of SaaS agreements, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, data management, and analytics.
• Familiarity with large-scale data sets, relational modeling, and tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lakes is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, and delivering customized, impactful presentations, workshops, and demos.
• Capability to identify customer needs, align them with XTEL’s solutions, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Established ability to collaborate across teams and drive toward shared objectives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Experience in software development, data engineering, or managing complex software projects is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required to fulfill business and client needs.
