Senior Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the India team as a Senior Solution Engineer within SailPoint’s presales organization.

• Assist in both direct and indirect sales initiatives, collaborating closely with partners and clients.

• Communicate the benefits of SailPoint solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Identify customer needs and align SailPoint solutions to tackle identity-related challenges.

• Showcase product capabilities proficiently.

• Complete the onboarding checklist and training within the initial month of employment.

• Acquaint yourself with internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Serve as the lead Solution Engineer for RFx response processes and engage in technical discussions with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical expert in an enterprise software environment.

• More than 3 years of experience with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A working understanding of technical infrastructure, including application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories is essential.

• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, and SQL is a plus.

• Knowledge of Cloud platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS is preferred.
