Senior Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Senior Account Executives to assist and influence sales opportunities within the Germany market.

• Interact directly with clients to grasp technical requirements, tackle challenges, and offer expert advice throughout the sales process.

• Work in conjunction with Service Delivery and Product teams globally to ensure accurate pricing, delivery approvals, and alignment on the feasibility of solutions.

• Present engaging presentations on Rimini Street’s services and support model—both virtually and in person.

• Create detailed scoping requirements that outline the services to be provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 12 to 15 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering Role or as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect.

• Proven success in a consultative selling environment.

• Hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, or architecting complex ERP applications.

• Established track record of partnering with Sales Representatives throughout the sales process.

• Experience with full-lifecycle software implementations.

• Background in application and technology migration projects.

• Expertise in software licensing models for major enterprise ERP and database platforms.

• Extensive, cross-platform knowledge of enterprise applications and technology stacks.

• Strong grasp of software licensing challenges.

• Experience with application and database security.

• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and hybrid deployment models.

• Demonstrated excellence in written, verbal, and presentation communication.

• Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong public speaking and facilitation capabilities.

• Proficient in creating clear, professional documentation.

• Experience with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.

• Highly disciplined and capable of thriving in a remote work setting.

• Fluent in both German and English.
