Senior Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide coaching and guidance to Solution Engineers, ensuring the delivery of consistent and high-quality service.

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, translate clients' technical needs into solutions, facilitate technical discussions, deliver tailored demonstrations, and execute technical proofs-of-concept.

• Present technical information about company products, oversee POC and trial processes with clients.

• Build exceptional business relationships and partnerships with clients by showcasing advanced technical knowledge, understanding performance metrics, and establishing credibility.

• Persuade potential clients by illustrating the value and benefits of company products, demonstrating product architectures, and assisting with cost assessments and pricing matters.

• Collect requirements and communicate them to the Product Development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of presales experience in the ERP industry or equivalent operational experience in ERP.

• Proven success in supporting both direct and channel sales initiatives.

• Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance sectors.

• Documented experience in delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
