This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• You will assist Account Executives throughout the Sales process by identifying and translating a customer's technical priorities and challenges into impactful use cases utilizing Cenosco IMS.
• Engage with potential customers during Sales Discovery calls.
• Perform demonstrations of the platform.
• Comprehend customers’ requirements and expectations, breaking down their often intricate challenges.
• Outline how our platform can be tailored to meet the customer's needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with partners and customers to design and develop solutions using Cenosco IMS.
• You will design and scope proof-of-value projects that showcase the value Cenosco IMS delivers to the customer in a brief timeframe.
• Additionally, you will articulate the value proposition of a full implementation and the associated strategic roadmap.
• You will generate reusable materials (e.g., product demonstrations, case studies), best practices, and tools to enhance knowledge sharing and expertise across the solution engineering function.
• Collaborate with product management to transform your understanding of customer issues into product insights that influence the Cenosco IMS product roadmap.
• Work alongside Product & Engineering teams to achieve significant product enhancements.
• You will spearhead the creation of new use cases and implement them on the platform to evaluate product-solution compatibility.
• Provide feedback to our product team and communicate the findings from your discovery with go-to-market functions.
• 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise / "high touch" Solution Engineering, specifically as a technical Solution Engineer or Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating proof-of-value workshops, providing consulting services, and delivering training for both tools and methodologies.
• Technical expertise: A solid understanding of AIM (Asset Integrity Management) software within asset-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Manufacturing.
• Business domain expertise: Knowledge in the asset integrity market is a significant advantage, especially in Asset Reliability and Asset Safety.
• Possess a good sense of humor and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with support, implementation, development teams, and clients.
• Capability to identify customer pain points and develop solutions that yield mutual benefits for our customers (addressing pain) and Cenosco (maximizing ARR).
• Proficient writing and documentation skills for creating and maintaining technical sales knowledge.
