This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Establish and nurture relationships with partner technical staff to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
• Assess sales prospects by grasping the technical requirements of partners and customers, along with their decision-making processes and key demand drivers.
• Identify and convey the business advantages of Boomi's Intelligent Automation and Integration solutions.
• Develop engaging presentations that illustrate to both technical and business decision-makers how Boomi effectively addresses their pain points.
• Provide technical knowledge and support throughout the sales journey, ensuring a seamless transition from presales to implementation.
• Analyze the competitive environment and strategically position Boomi's solutions against rivals.
• Work collaboratively with fellow sales engineers, leaders, and various technical teams to maintain a unified and effective approach to solution application and development.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies pertinent to Boomi's offerings, including no-code/low-code solutions for AI, APIM, Business Process Automation, MFT, Integration, and Data Management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A substantial amount of years in client-facing roles with strong technical aptitude and presentation abilities, and/or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in field sales or customer consulting is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of integration technologies, particularly in API management, data management, and real-time integration.
• Experience with other iPaaS, API Management, Business Process Automation, Process Mining, or Data Management solutions is a notable advantage.
• Integration experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Fusion, Netsuite, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, Salesforce, IFS, and others is a plus.
• Solid business insight with the capability to understand, design, and validate system architectures relevant in contemporary enterprise settings.
• Proficient in identifying customer needs and effectively communicating the business value of solutions.
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and fostering effective communication within global cross-functional teams.
• Strong presentation skills and comfort in addressing diverse audiences, regardless of their responsibilities or technical expertise.
• An innate enthusiasm for creative problem-solving and a desire to understand operational mechanics.
• Capable of alternating between independent and collaborative work for extended periods.
• Recognizes the importance of continuous learning while also serving as a coach and mentor to fellow team members.
