Senior Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of intricate technical assessments for both new and existing strategic accounts.

• Create and present comprehensive multi-system solution architectures.

• Lead engaging, value-centric demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).

• Mitigate risks and secure complex deals by proactively identifying and resolving technical challenges.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Enhance team capabilities through enablement and AI-powered workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in a pre-sales Solutions Engineering role or a similar technical customer-facing position.

• Extensive knowledge in APIs and system integration.

• Strong architectural and integration expertise across contemporary web and cloud technologies.

• Documented success in managing complex technical evaluations from start to finish.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities at an executive level.

• Proficiency in sales processes and value-oriented selling methodologies.

• A collaborative, low-ego team player.
