
Senior Solution Architect – Cybersecurity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee cybersecurity presales activities from initial discovery and workshops to solution design, proposal creation, and bid assistance.
• Create Managed Security Services that align with clients' business goals, risk management strategies, compliance needs, and operational models.
• Develop and position service-oriented solutions across various domains, including Managed SASE, Managed Secure Networks, Managed Firewalls, Managed SOC/SIEM, MDR/XDR, vulnerability management, managed endpoint and cloud security, and incident response services.
• Lead the design and promotion of managed SASE solutions, assisting clients in modernizing secure connectivity, implementing zero trust access, and enhancing distributed security frameworks.
• Convert client requirements into scalable, commercially viable service models with defined scope, value, and unique selling points.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, communicating security concepts in business terms and illustrating how managed services enhance resilience and operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with internal delivery teams and strategic partners to create successful, practical, and unique solutions.
• Contribute to the advancement of our security portfolio through reusable architectures, solution assets, and market-entry content.
• Several years of experience in cybersecurity, with significant exposure to solution architecture and presales activities.
• Demonstrated success in designing or positioning Managed Security Services for enterprise clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of critical security areas, including network security, SOC/SIEM, MDR/XDR, endpoint security, cloud security, vulnerability management, and identity-related controls.
• Experience with or a strong understanding of SASE architectures and managed SASE services, encompassing secure access, zero trust principles, and cloud-based security measures.
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Strong commercial insight and the capacity to link technical design with business value and service outcomes.
• Familiarity with major security technology ecosystems and partner-led solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or vendor certifications from providers like Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Microsoft, Splunk, or similar are advantageous.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
