This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the design and architecture of the customer's Agiloft instance, ensuring that solutions are efficient, effective, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the complexities of enterprise-level requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document client needs.
• Create detailed design documents and implementation strategies for team collaboration and execution.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Manage client relationships, addressing escalations with a focus on solutions.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and client training to facilitate successful solution integration.
• Offer insights to product and engineering teams to promote ongoing product enhancements.
• Assist and advise system integration (SI) partners to improve overall implementation results.
• Participate in internal initiatives that aim to optimize implementation processes and enhance client success.
• Keep up-to-date with Agiloft product offerings, roadmap, and industry best practices.
• Utilize product knowledge effectively to deliver top-notch consulting services.
• Actively learn and embrace new features, including AI-enabled functionalities, and convert them into customer value.
• Responsibly leverage AI to boost efficiency, productivity, and value delivery, continually assessing opportunities where AI can improve processes, workflows, and outcomes.
• Approximately 10% travel is expected.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years of experience as a Solution Architect in Legal Tech/CLM or equivalent demonstrated experience. A minimum of 1 year with Agiloft is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of SaaS technologies and database concepts.
• Proven track record of managing timelines, business requirements, and client expectations in complex projects.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
