Senior Software Engineer – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and SOSL.

• Create and oversee Salesforce Flows, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing functionalities, and convert needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Engage in solution design discussions, customer review meetings, status updates, and resolving technical queries.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.

• Provide production support, which includes incident management, bug resolution, root cause analysis, data fixes, and hotfixes.

• Monitor application performance to ensure reliability, availability, security, and scalability.

• Adhere to Salesforce coding, security, and performance best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Utilize AI-driven tools such as Agentforce AI, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor to enhance development productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong practical expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.

• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with external systems.

• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model, governor limits, data model, and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and deployment processes.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Preferred Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder.

• Exposure to Agentforce AI and AI-based development tools.

• Experience using Jira, Service First, or similar ticketing systems.

• Basic understanding of DocuSign user management, document management, and configuration.

• Experience mentoring junior developers and participating in agile delivery teams.
