Senior Software Engineer – Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and execute fullstack products and systems aimed at driving growth (for instance, dynamic landing pages, automation for acquisition, internal sales, CRM tools, and A/B testing).

• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Growth, Data, Marketing, CX, Product) to pinpoint technical opportunities that have a direct effect on the sales funnel.

• Develop and support distributed systems, ensuring reliable integration of internal services and external APIs while maintaining performance standards.

• Act as the technical authority for the team: make architectural decisions, review pull requests, disseminate best practices, and uphold clean, sustainable code.

• Initiate projects independently, focusing on the most impactful challenges and clearly measuring outcomes.

• Uphold high engineering standards: automated testing, observability, documentation, performance, security, and resilience.

• Establish monitoring and alert systems, engage in on-call rotations, and participate in incident response with an emphasis on learning and continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a fullstack software engineer with a significant influence on product or growth teams.

• Expertise in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Go, Node.js, Python, Kotlin, or an equivalent).

• Strong background with contemporary frontend frameworks (such as React, Vue, Next.js, or similar).

• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, microservices architecture, version control, and frequent deployment practices.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (like PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.).

• Hands-on experience in building systems targeted at end users (product, sales, commerce) and the capability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Practical understanding of A/B testing, SEO, and data-informed methodologies.

• A strong sense of ownership, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in agile, multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficient in technical English for reading and writing documentation and pull requests.
