Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the frontend aspects of admin-focused travel policy features from start to finish

• Lead the transition of admin interfaces from the Ruby on Rails monolith to TypeScript microservices

• Provide policy and permission data to the cars, flights, and hotels sectors, working closely with those teams to guarantee that search performance and conversion rates remain unaffected

• Implement and enhance A/B testing and event tracking within the team

• Collaborate across teams, including card, booking, flights, and hotels, on changes to permissions and policies

• Assist in creating AI-integrated admin interfaces enabling B2B administrators to manage policies via Slack, text, and other AI-native platforms

• Work in a platform-adjacent role, where your modifications impact multiple tech stacks, and approach that complexity with diligence

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong skills in TypeScript and/or React, with a preference for frontend-focused profiles

• Experience with Ruby on Rails, as you will be working in Nexus during the migration

• Demonstrated ability to work within cross-team or platform-adjacent codebases where your modifications influence several systems

• An AI-forward mindset, actively utilizing AI tools in your coding processes

• Experience with AWS microservices (ECS, Lambda) is an advantage

• Background in A/B testing or event tracking (Amplitude or similar) is beneficial

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus

• A background in Java or Kotlin is an additional asset
