Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

• Performance and scalability: ensuring our product accommodates a 3x year-over-year growth.

• Leverage: minimizing the manual effort necessary to incorporate vegetation analysis into our customer-facing applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in the GMT/CET or North America East time zone for optimal team collaboration and interaction.

• Demonstrable experience in full stack development with the following (or similar) technologies: *Python/FastAPI, React/Typescript, Postgres DB, data pipelines; (*Python expertise is essential).

• Recent experience in a build-it, run-it environment (GCP, Cloud Run, Grafana, Kubernetes) or similar setups.

• Experience in a high-growth scale-up environment with distributed, remote teams.

• Strongly dedicated to addressing the climate crisis.

• Possess a product-oriented mindset; a profound understanding of using technology to directly influence business results.

• Proven capability to design and develop scalable and resilient systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at collaborating effectively in a cross-functional team setting.

• Committed to continuous education, lifelong learning, mentorship; keen on evolving technologies and industry trends.

• Nice to Haves: Experience with maps/imagery/geospatial domains and working with globally distributed teams.
