Senior Software Engineer – Engineering Workflow and CI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Enhance the development workflows of Firefox to minimize the time dedicated to testing and resolving test failures, while increasing integration and automation in processes.

• Collaborate with a development team spread across various geographical locations.

• Provide mentorship to team members and receive guidance from more experienced colleagues.

• Work in conjunction with other teams by offering code reviews and technical guidance.

• Analyze data, create dashboards, and identify patterns in the Firefox development workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Python, including service development.

• Experience in front-end development, showcasing proficiency in JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Python frameworks (such as FastAPI, Flask, Django), Cloud Services (like GCP, AWS), and RESTful architecture.

• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.

• Background in CI/CD systems (such as GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and testing frameworks.

• Ability to work across different platforms, with familiarity in at least two of the following: Windows, Linux, Mac, Android.
