📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage backend services for the Quidax platform.

• Influence technical direction, mentor other engineers, and enhance engineering practices.

• Independently deliver backend features that are ready for production.

• Lead the design and execution of intricate backend systems.

• Promote enhancements in engineering quality, maintainability, and overall developer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Extensive experience in constructing backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

• Designed and managed production-grade services at scale.

• Knowledgeable in distributed systems, microservices, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.

• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL in production settings.

• Familiarity with Redis, caching strategies, and messaging systems like Kafka.

• Capable of designing APIs and systems that are reliable, maintainable, and easily adaptable.

• Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and managing production incidents.
