Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Contribute to and shape architectural decisions across our technology stack, aiding in the establishment of patterns that the team can build upon.

• Take ownership of intricate product challenges from start to finish—covering technical design through to delivery to end users.

• Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, design input, and collaborative programming sessions.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Clinical teams to convert clinical workflows into scalable solutions.

• Identify and drive enhancements in technical debt, reliability, and the overall developer experience.

• Utilize AI tools in your daily tasks and contribute to the development of team-wide best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of full-stack engineering experience in delivering complex features within production systems.

• Proven history of taking ownership and successfully executing technical initiatives from conception to completion.

• Experience in contributing to 0-1 product builds.

• Skilled in using AI coding tools as an integral part of daily development.

• Excellent communicator capable of effective collaboration with both engineering and product stakeholders.
