📋 Description

• Design and implement high-quality production code for intricate, user-centered workflows, maintaining an active role in the codebase.

• Act as a proficient user of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Augment to significantly enhance delivery speed and produce comprehensive automated tests.

• Establish best practices for validating, refactoring, and simplifying AI-generated outputs to ensure the ongoing reliability and maintainability of our systems.

• Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and sound judgment when addressing mission-critical tasks and complex feature sets.

• Create advanced product features that empower employers and brokers, minimizing manual effort through intelligent and user-friendly experiences.

• Spearhead the development of dependable APIs and standardized integrations to ensure seamless connections with our partners.

• Actively incorporate tools such as Claude Code into daily operations to automate repetitive tasks, allowing the team to concentrate on high-value engineering challenges.

• Enhance our logging, monitoring, and validation frameworks to ensure all workflows remain stable, predictable, and ready for audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Exceptional hands-on coding skills in a modern web stack (primarily React and Ruby on Rails, although we appreciate transferable experience from other frameworks).

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) aimed at enhancing development workflows, including code generation, test creation, refactoring, or documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate third-party APIs and AI-driven services into production systems.

• Expertise in testing, debugging, and operating in cloud-based environments.
