Senior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for vertical software design and development, whether working independently or leading a sub-team.

• Create and sustain both new and existing codebases, ensuring solutions are high-quality and scalable.

• Engage in the agile product development lifecycle, contributing to planning, development, and delivery processes.

• Develop software in accordance with CFR 21 Part 11, GCP guidance, and FDA Software Validation Guidance.

• Identify and address technical challenges, enhance performance, and implement risk-management strategies.

• Achieve results in a fully remote setting, collaborating effectively with a distributed team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of programming experience, including at least 3 years with C# .NET and JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of OOP principles and fundamental design patterns.

• Experience in building Web APIs and user interfaces using contemporary frameworks.

• Background in regulated, process-oriented sectors (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals).

• Knowledge of CFR 21 Part 11, GCP guidance, and FDA Software Validation Guidance.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Capability to work remotely, manage multiple priorities, and produce consistent results.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
