Senior Software Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• As a Software Architect, you will lead a skilled and multidisciplinary team focused on creating solutions across all system areas that are prioritized by stakeholders, encompassing both back-end and front-end development.

• Your role will involve understanding objectives and proposing solutions to unlock activations and features prioritized by the client's Business and Commercial teams.

• You should possess a holistic view of the demands, understanding how they connect to the system as a whole, and be adept at managing interactions with various teams involved.

• Effective communication is crucial to ensure alignment between teams, Product Owners, and the commercial area.

• Ensure business understanding by participating in discovery sessions and conveying that knowledge to the development team.

• Analyze client problems and objectives to design and refine suitable technical solutions.

• Ensure the quality and performance of the application.

• Facilitate continuous alignment with other teams, fostering a collaborative relationship and active, assertive communication.

• Focus on results and continuous improvement, with the ability to analyze metrics and logs, and implement enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency, particularly for interactions with international clients.

• Experience with the application of AI in software refinement and development.

• Resilience and the ability to adapt to challenging contexts.

• Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with different stakeholders.
