Senior Site Reliability Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee customer cloud environments for operating the Aras PLM Platform.

• Engage with advanced technology in the cloud, preferably Azure.

• Implement automation strategies to consistently minimize manual work for Customer operations through CI/CD processes.

• Collaborate with a team to integrate new technologies and deploy services across various cloud environments and regions.

• Address technical challenges, guide multiple teams (both internal and external), and continuously enhance our systems, deployments, operations, monitoring, and overall cloud activities and expenditures.

• Offer technical expertise and take ownership in diagnosing and resolving security and privacy concerns related to the Managed Services offerings, including both internal and external technical communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is required.

• At least 4 years of experience in cloud computing, with virtualization and container experience including Docker and K8S.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a willingness to assume responsibility.

• In-depth knowledge of networking, including Load balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, and TCP/IP, along with troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

• Experience with monitoring systems and tracking SLAs.

• Practical experience in administering and supporting high-scale production workloads.

• A positive attitude and a solid commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Must be eligible to work in Poland.
