This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the project management of access control system implementation, site coordination, and commissioning.

• Manage incident response initiatives to reduce downtime and address security threats effectively.

• Supervise the operational functionality of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and associated systems.

• Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations and standards.

• Provide operational training for staff on system functionalities.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with security vendors and contractors.

• Manage IT partnerships, ensuring that solutions align with IT policies.

• Issue and oversee user support, application onboarding, and training processes.

• Assist the program manager in establishing implementation standards and system controls for Unified Access strategies.

• Support GSOC operations and the integration of Physical Security Information Management.

• Develop and execute HGS strategies, policies, and programs concentrating on infrastructure, travel security, business continuity, and cultural transformation.

• Collaborate with innovative and driven colleagues to promote excellence and success.


⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. person status is required: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or under protected status via asylum or refugee status.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Electronic Security with a focus on Enterprise Access Control and CCTV.

• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the aptitude to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.

• Practical experience with Azure and AWS cloud architecture along with related security controls.

• Proven leadership experience in managing security teams.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively and courteously.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, IT/MIS, or a related Engineering discipline with a focus on Information Security is preferred.
