Senior Security Engineer, Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance our secure development lifecycle (SDLC), creating the rules, processes, and platforms that ensure the resilience of our systems.

• Create and integrate both custom and commercial security tools to automate vulnerability detection across applications and infrastructure.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on our SDLC, collaborating with Detection and Response (DART) to enhance investigation capabilities.

• Guide and influence the remediation of intricate, cross-functional security issues across various teams and systems.

• Remain proactive regarding the threat landscape—recognizing risks, tools, and mitigation strategies that maintain the security of our platforms at scale.

• Share expertise, mentor colleagues, and contribute to fostering a culture where security is a collective responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of engineering experience in building and managing production systems with a security-oriented approach.

• Proficient coding skills in one or more programming languages; experience with .NET is advantageous.

• Extensive technical knowledge across systems, operating systems, file systems, networking, cloud security, and automation.

• A sincere commitment to safeguarding the privacy and security of our players and colleagues.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for addressing complex challenges.
