Senior Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead operational technology risk assessments and create a multi-year operational technology security strategy.

• Design and implement security measures for various environments.

• Assist in the deployment and upkeep of security tools.

• Develop systems for automation and threat detection.

• Propel security initiatives and cultivate a security-first culture.

• Work in collaboration with production teams to ensure secure designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with routing, switching, and principles of network design.

• Knowledge of zero trust architecture and segmentation strategies applicable to operational technology networks.

• Experience in conducting security architecture or design evaluations for OT/ICS environments.

• Familiarity with threat modeling frameworks, such as MITRE ATT&CK for ICS.

• Proficient in one or more programming languages, including Python, Go, Rust, etc.

• Experience in developing and implementing defensive security controls.

• Ability to operate independently.

• Involvement in incident response activities.

• Eligibility for U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
