Senior Security Architect, Microsoft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and implement security architectures within Microsoft Dynamics and Azure environments.

• Execute security assessments and risk analyses to pinpoint vulnerabilities and suggest remediation strategies.

• Create and maintain security documentation, which includes architecture diagrams, policies, and standard operating procedures.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed security measures into systems, applications, and processes.

• Monitor security threats, trends, and technologies and propose enhancements to the security framework.

• Offer expert security advice to IT teams and mentor junior security professionals.

• Support security awareness training initiatives for staff members.

• Engage in security audits and compliance assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in security architecture, particularly with Microsoft technologies.

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure security frameworks.

• Strong grasp of security principles, risk management, and compliance standards.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A current SECRET clearance or higher is mandatory at the time of application.

• An enhanced security clearance is necessary for this position.
