Senior SAP TM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective delivery of SAP TM module-related outputs in SAP and S4 HANA implementation, support, and upgrade projects to achieve engagement goals and stay within budget.

• Facilitate design workshops alongside the client, responsible for gathering requirements, crafting solution designs, conducting gap analyses, writing functional specifications, configuration, testing, and managing cutover activities for both standalone SAP systems and embedded SAP TM in S4 HANA.

• Integrate the SAP TM system with other SAP/S4 HANA modules (such as EWM, SD, MM, etc.) and third-party systems.

• Offer functional and business process expertise to the project team, address TM-related client issues, and mentor junior team members.

• Manage various complex TM scenarios specific to the industry, including those involving shippers, LSPs, and carriers.

• Collaborate with the sales team to draft proposals, define the SAP TM scope, estimate efforts for new opportunities, and present SAP TM capabilities to potential clients.

• Possess knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.

• Experience in collaborating with teams to prioritize tasks and drive system solutions by effectively communicating business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP, including over 3 years in implementation, support, and upgrade projects specific to SAP TM.

• Strong functional and business knowledge, with experience in implementation, integration, testing, and application support in S4HANA embedded TM and SAP TM version 9.5.

• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from modules like OTC and EWM for integration scenarios.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination across teams.

• Ability to lead workshops or technical sessions with business stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge of BRF plus, PPF, and BOPF.

• Experience mentoring and leading junior consultants within the team.

• Knowledge of ABAP and debugging would be considered an advantage.

• SAP certification in SAP TM is preferred.

• Experience working in the integration area of SAP TM and related domains is desirable.
