This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will lead and take charge of the test management subproject within extensive SAP transformations.
• You will develop the test concept, create test specifications and plans, and assist our clients with effective defect management.
• By overseeing, coordinating, and monitoring all testing activities in both agile and traditional settings, you will share responsibility for successful project outcomes.
• You will analyze test results to ensure (formal) test acceptance.
• In projects, you will be responsible for selecting and implementing suitable testing methods and utilizing testing tools for operational assessments.
• You will plan, execute, and manage the testing process, holding responsibility for its success.
• As part of test preparation and execution, you will organize, facilitate, and follow up on meetings and workshops.
• You will maintain direct communication with and report to program and project management.
• You possess a degree in a technical or business-related discipline, or hold an equivalent qualification.
• You have experience in establishing and utilizing a test management tool (e.g., JIRA Xray, TestRail, qTest, SAP Solution Manager, CALM, etc.).
• You are proficient in MS Office, with PowerPoint and Excel being integral to your daily operations.
• You have a strong focus on customer service.
• A structured, dependable, and independent working style is inherent to you.
• You are results-driven and enjoy propelling initiatives forward.
• Experience in SAP projects is a plus.
• Your communication skills enable you to engage comfortably with clients and colleagues.
• You have excellent spoken and written German, and you are willing to communicate in English as needed.
