This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Consulting and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions, including the analysis of client needs in time management and human resources.
• Implementation of SAP Time Tracking solutions, featuring customizations within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configuration and enhancement of time recording systems.
• Integration of SAP Time Tracking with other SAP modules, such as SAP Payroll and SAP HR.
• Project management responsibilities: leading, planning, and executing SAP Time Tracking initiatives.
• Coordination with various departments and external service providers.
• Support in resource planning and budget management.
• Training and support activities: conducting workshops and training sessions for key users.
• Providing assistance to users and resolving technical issues.
• Preparing documentation and user manuals.
• Optimization and ongoing development: assessing and continuously improving existing SAP SuccessFactors time management solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Testing and quality assurance: executing tests and quality assurance measures.
• Demonstrated experience in effectively eliciting and interpreting client requirements through proficient communication and requirements validation.
• At least 5 years of experience in executing and configuring complex projects within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuring SF Time Off and SF Time Sheets.
• Experience in integrating time terminals and SF Time Tracking with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP).
• Ability to work independently, lead client discussions, and provide consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
