Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management implementations, starting from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare.

• Configure and provide support for Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and Time Off functionalities.

• Facilitate workshops with customers and convert business requirements into practical solutions.

• Contribute to the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring they are scalable and in line with SAP best practices.

• Offer post-go-live support by troubleshooting issues and optimizing current configurations.

• Engage in presales efforts, including RFPs, solution development, effort estimations, and customer presentations.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, consultants, and clients throughout the delivery process.

• Assist with testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Keep abreast of SAP SuccessFactors releases and new functionalities in Time Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management.

• Strong practical experience with EC Time Management, encompassing Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and Time Off.

• Experience in end-to-end implementations as well as post-go-live support/AMS.

• Familiarity with solution design and architecture within SuccessFactors projects.

• Previous engagement in presales activities, such as RFPs, solution development, or customer presentations.

• Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules, preferably with relevant certifications.

• Solid understanding of HR and time management processes.

• Capability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing abilities.

• Proficiency in English.
